Shipping
The Eveready Portable Power Station range currently ships to any destination in Australia with FREE standard delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Transit times may vary depending on location but as a general guide, customers can assume; Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney deliveries made in 2-3 business days, Perth deliveries made in 5 business days, and deliveries to regional areas taking 3-8 days. Deliveries are made from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise notified. Order tracking is provided and delivery requires a signature, unless authority to leave (ATL) is selected. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 days of placing an order, please contact us at hello@evereadypowerstation.com and we will look into it for you. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Returns
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that have a major failure and also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@evereadypowerstation.com with; (1) your name, (2) your order number, (3) photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will find a way to help provide a solution.
We don’t offer ‘change of mind’ or ‘exchanges’ but if find yourself in a situation where you have ordered the incorrect product, contact us at hello@evereadypowerstation.com and we will work through that process with you.
Warranty
All products in the Eveready Portable Power Station range are covered with a 24 month (2 year) warranty from date of delivery. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and have a warranty claim, a full extension of the product warranty is provided on your products, namely, the warranty period re-starts when you receive your new product.
